Dust removal: compressed-air pre-scan cleaning of each image, to eliminate visible particles at 4250 / 5000 dpi that would otherwise need software retouching. Intensive cleaning requires unmounting the glass holder and manually cleaning both sides — essential for older glass-mounted slides where dust is trapped inside.
Bpost shipping fees (≤ 5 kg: €6.05 · ≤ 10 kg: €9.68) added at checkout based on final weight.

How long does it take?
Turnaround starts the day we physically receive your media at the workshop (not at payment). Indicative, met in 95% of orders.

Video & audio — VHS / Hi8 / miniDV cassettes, audio cassettes, vinyl records. Digitised in our Brussels workshop.

Photos & negatives — specialised partner sub-processing included (high definition, colour grading). Partner shipping time is included in the announced window.

Express video / audio — fixed surcharge (confirmed at order placement). Reserved for documented media (cassettes, vinyl). Photo not eligible.
Physical originals are systematically returned with the digital delivery, in their original packaging.
